- Added: Realm that owns DF will now receive a 25% bonus to all RP's earned.

- Fixed: Warden should get the correct Offensive heal proc spells and both classes Friar Offensive heal procs should now proc more appropriately. Issue 3610.
- Fixed: Bainshee Spectral Guard spec will now affect Spectral Force spells damage/variance calculations. Issue 3780.
- Fixed: The Labyrinth weapon Vexation, now has the appropriate All Dual Wield skill rather than Dual Wield. Issue 3350.

The base Storm XP rate is being lowered to 2X but have no fear, we've added a reward for all your hard work and tolerance to the recent database issues.
In each starting village there is a Storm Player Reward merchant who is offering free jewels that will modify your XP rate. These will occupy your jewel slot and as long as equipped will grant the listed bonus. One jewel increases XP rate by 75%, which will make your overall XP rate 3.5X, higher than it was before. The second jewel will lower your XP rate by 50%. This is for players who asked that XP rate be set to the old unmodified rate.
In addition, the XP rate for RVR zones is set at 3X (with the jewel equipped that's 5.25X!), and the RP rate for the entire server is set to 1.5X
